veeram shooting is completed

Veeram directed by Siruthai Siva has completed shooting and the film
goes into its post-production stage. The film as per the team is a rural
based one which will have all elements of a commercial potboiler like
romance, sentiment, action and comedy. The producers
Venkatramana Reddy and Bharath Reddy are very happy that Siva completed
the film within the time frame and the film is all set for a 2014 Pongal
release. Ajith has the svelte Tamannah as his arm candy in
the film while Santhanam, Bala, Vidharth, Suhail round out the
supporting cast. Cinematography is handled by Ve

Siva recently spoke at length about the upcoming Ajith starrer Veeram.
He doesn't seem to be bothered about any impending pressure to succeed,
following Arrambam's victory run at the box-office.
"I
don't feel any insecurity or pressure. Ajith has remained the same
since his early days till Arrambam. He doesn't believe in the numbers
game any more and just wants to deliver something unique to each project
he does. Heroism isn't on his mind too and you can feel such a surge of
