Sony Music and the producers of Billa ’2′ have confirmed that the audio of the most-awaited film of this year will be launched on May 1st, Thala’s birthday. It was also announced earlier that the film’s first theatrical trailer will also be released on the same day, making May 1st a double-treat for all Thala fans.
The teaser trailer released via YouTube has already created a record of sorts and the whole industry has seen a thunderstorm raising with expectations of the movie, the audio and the trailers reaching frenzied heights already.
The audio track is said to have six songs including a rocking theme song. Yuvan Shankar Raja has lent his voice for the main theme number, Don Don Don. Yuvan has also composed some exotic melodies for the film. The audio track is sure to become a chartbuster within days of its release.
But there’s more good news for all.
Sony Music South, in their official social networking page have updated, “Billa will be heard again!!! This Wednesday be ready to get little glimpses of Yuvan’s magic from Billa 2. Any guesses what genre will it be?“
Entertainment industry tracker Mr.Sreedhar Pillai has clarified the above update by tweeting, “Billa 2 @south_sonymusic will release 1 minute teaser of songs from the film on Tamil FM stations from Wednesday (Apr 25). Audio on May 1.“
So, its obvious that Thala’s birthday bash starts from Apr 25th itself.
The wait for Billa ’2′ is just getting hotter.
